Prices per double room per night, rich buffet breakfast included, use of the garden and car park, use of Wi-Fi internet connection.

CAMERA CLASSICA (22 mq.) (room with maximum 3 beds):

with balcony or terrace, with a wonderful panoramic view on Lake Garda. With bath with shower and toilet, hair dryer, LCD TV, satellite TV and heating independent.

MINI SUITE (26 mq.) (room with maximum 3 beds)

with balcony or terrace, with a wonderful panoramic view on Lake Garda. With bath with shower and toilet, hair dryer, LCD TV, satellite TV and heating independent. On request: kitchenette complete with cooking utensils.

The price does not include tourist tax of € 1,00 per person / night except for children up to 14 years.

Third extra bed for children and adults € 30.00

Internet Wi-Fi in the rooms and public areas, Internet Point

In mini suite room, on request, kitchenette: € 15.00 per day.

Animals are allowed ONLY ON REQUEST Small/Medium size: € 10,00.

All rooms have a wonderful view on Lake Garda.

Arrival and departure: the rooms are available from 16:00 on day of arrival and vacated by 10:00 am the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. For arrivals after 19:00 please advise!

Breakfast time: breakfast is served each morning, from 8:00 to 9:30.
